Serving Cow Hollow, Lake District, Marina, and the Greater San Francisco Area.
With more than two decades of real estate experience under her belt, Mary Laughlin Fenton of Level 5 Real Estate brings to the table the type of heightened expertise that comes from a career of wearing many hats. An entrepreneur by nature, Mary’s professional experiences in a number of industries have honed and strengthened the business development, marketing, and customer service skills that have helped establish her as one of the leaders in the San Francisco real estate market.
Collaborative, creative and well respected, Level5 offers seasoned real estate professionals whose goal is to help you achieve your real estate goal.
Mary’s real estate experiences began when she worked for a commercial developer in her hometown of Little Rock, Arkansas, which led to her opening her own brokerage that focused on commercial sales and high-end renovations. Upon moving to San Francisco in the mid-90s, she had successful stints in the tech startup arena before re-entering real estate. Today, she specializes in residential and income properties.
It’s no wonder Mary has been described as a jack of all trades. Her years of experience have given her the ability to accurately assess people’s skills and interests, and to recognize that each real estate scenario is as different as each client. Mostly, she’s a problem solver who’s skilled at capitalizing on opportunities and at guiding clients through the real estate process with professionalism, enthusiasm, tenacity, and loyalty.
